Our experience at Bai Hotel Cebu was nothing short of exceptional. From the grand building to the friendly staff, every detail was impeccable. the room was modern and beautiful, with a spectacular view and comfy bed that made our stay truly relaxing. the food at the breakfast buffet and marble + grain restaurant was top-notch, with delicious options for every palate. the free room upgrade was a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. the staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, even surprising me with a birthday treat. the buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the pool bar was the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail and enjoy the sunset. Overall, Bai Hotel Cebu is a contemporary chic oasis for both business and leisure travelers. the attention to detail, bold flavors, and innovative experiences make it one of the best hotels we have visited.
